Can you provide actual product photos?

 

If you request them and we have relevant photos available, we can send you some actual product images. However, we cannot guarantee we can fulfill all photo requests. We recommend reviewing the product photos already published on our site—all images are authentic.

 

 

 


 

 

 

Can I cancel my order if I change my mind or for other reasons?

Per our shipping policy terms, we assume no further responsibility once the tracking status shows “Delivered.” Due to frequent fraud in this industry, we must enforce this policy, with the courier's delivery receipt serving as the final proof of delivery.

 

 

 


 

 

 

How do I process returns or exchanges?

 

You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your item. Items received after this period will be considered your property and will no longer be eligible for exchange.

 

 

 


 

 

 

I received a tracking number but there is no shipping status?

 

We utilize multiple shipping methods to deliver goods to your doorstep. Due to product characteristics, items may occasionally be detected and refused at customs, potentially invalidating the initially generated tracking number. Package lost but tracking shows delivery confirmed—What should I do if the package shows as delivered but isn't in my mailbox/doorstep?

 

First, check with neighbors or family members if they signed for it. Simultaneously contact the courier company to confirm the package's final location. If the package was stolen by an unknown party, we regret that we cannot provide further assistance. Please note: Once the tracking number is active, proactively contact the delivery driver to ensure the package is not left in a location prone to theft.

 

 

 


 

 

 

When will I receive the tracking number?

 

Typically generated within 3-6 days after payment is completed. If you haven't received it, please contact us to confirm the reason.

 

 

 


 

 

 

Still haven't received the tracking number days after purchase? I chose FedEx?

 

Your item has likely already shipped, as we prioritize expedited shipping solutions. However, FedEx service is currently unavailable in the origin city, so it must first be shipped via DHL. Once the package arrives at the first transit hub, the tracking information will update in our system, and we will then forward it to you. This process may take a few extra days, but rest assured your order has been shipped.

 

 

 


 

 

 

When can I expect my order?

 

After payment is completed, there are two scenarios: 1) In-stock items require 2 business days for preparation, followed by 10-15 business days for shipping (5-7 business days for expedited shipping). International deliveries may encounter various delays, but we guarantee delivery within one month after payment is completed!
